Our inclusion in a larger housing organisation affords us a thorough understanding of the affordable housing sector and a close working relationship with housing professionals. Typical commissions include a variety of new build and refurbishment projects, community building projects, estates strategies, urban design strategies, and feasibility studies to support capital funding bids. The skills and professional knowledge available to us are readily transferable to sectors other than housing, and we are currently looking at developing future work opportunities in both the education and health sectors.
We provide the full range of Architectural Services expected from a RIBA registered practice, including site appraisals and feasibility studies, project management and design team co-ordination and management. The service is often specifically tailored to each clients needs, and we advise all clients of the most appropriate service depending on the size and nature of each project. The construction cost of projects undertaken by the team typically range from less than £50,000 to about £2 million.
Cadarn Architecture is registered with Construction-line and the Chartered Institute of Building. We are quality assured, and as a RIBA, registered practice all projects are managed by a chartered architect.
