The Association acquired both this converted chapel and the adjacent site in December 2006 as part of its commitment to landbank sites to ensure speedy delivery and security of funding from the Assembly. A planning application to the Vale will be submitted during the course of the summer, and it is hoped that the scheme will provide a good mix of accommodation with both houses and flats. Our intention is to try and retain the chapel and convert into flats whilst providing houses on the adjoining site. We hope to start work on site from April 2008.
