With our proposals on this site, and in close partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan, we hope to be able to initiate the regeneration of Main Street. Over the past 12 months the Association has added to its portfolio of properties along this street, and we now own a terrace of 6 which we plan to demolish making way for an improved development providing a decent mix of houses, flats and wheelchair accommodation. Our proposals will also ease parking in the area, and offer up modern and higher standard accommodation than that which is currently provided.
