Introduction
We are developing much needed affordable accommodation for rent and sale, mainly in the Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taf areas. We are members of the Integrate consortium of housing associations and receive subsidy from the Welsh Assembly Government which allows us to make our homes affordable.
We are actively looking for development sites in the Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taf to either develop ourselves or with a development partner.
