Barry Road
This project completed in May 2007, and provides 9 self contained flats and a staff managed office by the Wallich, a Cardiff based supported housing organization. Two of Newydd’s buildings were converted to secure the project, one at Barry Road the other at Holton Road. Newydd retains the ownership and facilities management responsibilities under a formal agreement with the Wallich.

Recently completed scheme undertaken by R&M Williams as part of the Croes Ffin project managed by the Wallich. This part of the scheme provides staff offices and 3 flats, and the connected project on Barry Road has 6 flats, all self-contained. |
