This project comprises 6 x 1 bedroom flats arranged in a terrace with each flat conveniently having its own front door. There are no internal communal areas as a result and this makes for better management of the scheme.
The flats were completed in February 2007 by the contractor Tremlett & Griffiths, and the contract sum was approximately £395,000.
The development was subsidised by the Welsh Assembly Government.
