Satisfaction Survey

The annual external customer satisfaction survey again showed a positive outcome for the Cadarn IS Support team.

All clients were happy to recommend Cadarn IS Support because of their experience, knowledge and reputation.

In total; over 97% of our feedback showed excellent results.

As a whole, the IS staff received a superb report with such comments made as:

“Excellent…11 out of 10” and “Very helpful and friendly”

Customers reported the services they were receiving were very good making comments such as:

“Every time I have had to contact the support dept. they are very helpful”.

Organisations reporting that they were covered by a service level agreement felt that, on the whole, it was met on a regular basis, explaining they were effective at logging faults and problems and continually improving their service.
