CMS
In Partnership with Care and Repair Cymru Cadarn information services developed CMS to simplify the time consuming methods of recording works carried out by Care and Repair agencies across Wales.
The Case Management System allows Care and Repair organisations to monitor it’s clients, their specialist needs and alterations or adaptations that have been carried out on their property. Care and repair Cymru uses this information to report to the Welsh Assembly Government in order to secure future funding of the project.
Pilot Pro
With growing pressure being applied to landlords to ensure their compliance with Gas (instillation and use) Regulations 1998, Cadarn Information Services designed new software to simplify the process of monitoring and recording gas safety information.
Pilot Pro provides you with the ability to record and monitor the history of your gas servicing. Data relating to the Gas Appliance Servicing, Gas Safety Checks and Gas Regulation can be easily collated and viewed for all properties.
Pilot Pro is specifically designed to remove the time-consuming administration and human error arising from compliance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. It ensures that all necessary data required for the Gas Appliance Servicing, Gas Safety Checks and Gas Regulations is recorded, stored and easy to view.
