Community Panels - HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY
The Community Panels are now one year old so we would like to give a big thank you to everyone who has been involved. There are two Community Panels one in the Vale and one in the Valleys and are made up of tenants who would like to work with Newydd to improve the services we deliver. The group have carried out a huge amount of work this year and have worked with us to improve how we deal with repairs, anti social behaviour, services charges and much more.
As a result of the Community Panels you may have noticed, amongst other things, more officers on estates, a new phone options menu which makes it easier to contact us and changes to the way we consult you on service charges. We have also reviewed our anti-social behaviour policy to ensure that we are able to take the necessary steps to solve problems in your community.
The important part about the Community Panels is that they are driven by tenants to make the improvements you want to see.
